    Can you give us a bit more details?
    Pebble Bike android app version? Watchface version?
    Does it work on the phone (and not on the pebble) or not at all?

    i often had this issue when my phone was on power saving mode as it disabled the gps when the screen was switched off.

    Make sure the GPS is on all the time
